Rental Locations in Grand Cayman
Seven Mile Beach - is often referred to as SMB and covers the entire west side of Grand Cayman. It has been called Seven Mile Beach forever, but no one really knows why because it's actually only 5.5 miles long. That doesn't stop it from being one of the best beaches in the world though. As everyone will agree, it is the busiest part of Grand Cayman for a reason. The Condo rentals on Seven Mile Beach range from the low end (a couple of hundred dollars per night) to the high end (over a thousand dollars per night) and most everyone knows which part of the beach they want to stay at. If you don't then please email us and we can help. As a general rule, the closer to Town, the busier the beach and the further away from Town, the more likely you will need a rental car.
Rum Point Rentals - most tourists know this area as Rum Point but its really called Cayman Kai. Rum Point is the name of the beach and there are some rentals located on this quiet part of Grand Cayman. You will definitely need a rental car if you decide to stay on this secluded part of Grand Cayman. You will also probably need to stop by the supermarket for your groceries as most rentals in this part of town have kitchens. I have personally stayed at the Pools at Cayman Kai and I will say they are very quiet and romantic; perfect for that weekend getaway.
West Bay Rentals - The western point of Grand Cayman offers activities that none of the other parts of town has - Hell! Yes, I just said Hell. Hell is probably one of the most visited tourist destinations on Grand Cayman, but trust me, it is disappointing when you get there as it is essentially a collection of black pointy rocks. However, the vacation rentals located in this area are more affordable, yet more diver oriented. At the very least, you do get to send home postcards from "Hell!"
