Rentals

Vacation Rentals - these rentals are typically short-term family vacation units found along the stretch of Seven Mile Beach.  Please note that there are other rentals that are not centrally located on the beach and are much more affordable.  Beach front rental rates are typically below US$ 500 per night for low season to around US$ 1000 to US$ 1,500 for high season high end units.  Lower end accomodations during high season are usually below US$ 1,000.

Condo Rentals - are mostly Long-Term Executive and luxury vacation rentals also located centrally along Seven Mile Beach although there are, again, some condos that are not beach front properties.  There are also some listings for condos in other areas of the island besides Seven Mile Beach. We have integrated the villa rentals in this section as these are few in number.

Apartment Rentals - are properties ideally suited for working professionals for long-term rent. Locations vary from George Town to Savannah and the type of apartments also vary from luxury to practical. One bedroom apartments are few and far between. 2 bed and 2 bath condos are the most common and popular either for couples or for 2 roommates to share.

House Rentals - are homes for long term rentals located all over Grand Cayman.  We hope you browse through our list of homes located from Governor's Harbour to Patricks Island and all the way to East End.  We have a comprehensive listing that we hope you can take advantage of. House rentals are most popular with families, although some houses are suitable for group sharing.

Townhouse Rentals - browse through our listings of townhomes from Executive rentals to family retreats. There are many to choose from - including properties with ocean views, to beach front to private gardens. Townhome properties may be in large or small complexes and often come with a swimming pool and sometimes a fitness centre.

Commercial Property Rentals - since we receive quite a few inquiries for commercial properties, we decided to throw this in with all the rental properties.  Please browse through the selection of office spaces available for rent from West Bay all the way to George Town.

Roommates Wanted - our newest listing provides a venue for individuals who want a roommate.  Since this is a new category, please feel free to add your listings.  This is a great way to get that nice 2 bed/2 bath condo you want by sharing expenses with a flat mate.
