How to Submit Listings

Please note that it is FREE to list your property rentals on Cayman4Rent.com - the paid services of the website start when you have more than 5 listings.  Other paid services can be found on the 'Advertise' page. Please feel free to give us a call to enquire about how we can support your rental property business.

Please note that we also provide a directory for Contractors - one-off services that support the rental industry. And we also list Resources - other services that are required by people who rent such as laundry, food delivery, etc.  Local businesses are invited to submit their listings for free.  

Please note however that since this a free service for contractors and other services, we would like to invite you to advertise with us or get your business listing featured.  In that way we can continuously provide this service as well as continue to make it better.  Thank you for using www.cayman4rent.com

3 Easy Steps in submitting a listing

Step 1.  Please proceed to the category that your listing falls under.  On the top part of the listing results - you will see 'add your listing here'

Step 2.  Click on it and simply complete the form and try to add as many details of your property as you can.  Please do not forget to put the Price list down and if you have different rates, just ensure you also include a 'starting price for low season' in the field provided right below the 'price' field. Please ensure that you write your email address and phone number properly as this is the way that users will be able to contact you regarding your rental property.

Step 3. Wait 24 hours for us to approve your listing and that's it!  You have successfully ensured that your property rental will be visible to your target market.  We try to prevent spam from filtering through the rental properties and that's why we manually approve each listing for the website.
